'Cardio' is part of a series of 5 films produced for Sarah at Space Fitness & Wellbeing.

A year on from having rebranded Sarah Clough's business to Space Fitness & Wellbeing we worked together to produce a series of films to capture the essence of her brand and to help promote her business.

We filmed 'Cardio' during a live class at the studio to give potential clients a taste of everyday life at Space Fitness & Wellbeing.

The film was made in collaboration with Clare Dearnaley (Toyfactory Films).
